Personal Training in a Small Group Setting. Classes range from 2-8 clients per session, allowing for workouts to be customized to suite your body, fitness level and goals while enjoying the benefits of working out in a group setting.
High energy, larger group classes ranging from 8-16+ clients per session. Focus will vary from strength based, to HIIT, to all of the above. Be prepared to get your sweat on and enjoy the added motivation that comes from a working in with large group.
